I’m Paul Mayall and I’m a knifemaker from Cairns,
in Far North Queensland, Australia.
I’ve loved getting out hunting since I was a kid. And when
you go hunting you need a good knife.
I made my first knife when I was a teenager and have made nearly
a hundred since.
As a custom knifemaker I can make pretty much any kind of knife,
whether it’s for the kitchen, a little caping knife or even
a showpiece.
When I get out in the shed and work on a knife, I make sure it’s
top quality.
I also have a range of native and exotic timbers to use as handle
material, as well as some game horn and man-made gear.
Each knife comes with a handmade leather pouch to help you carry
it around and protect it. Each customer gets to decide on the
pattern of their pouch.
